That would be worth sending to the relevant peoples wouldn't it? Crazy, and funny, if it wasn't so excruciatingly irritatingly the case. Makes me wonder how much money is floating around for this practice to be insignificant enough to ignore, although when these topsy turvy things go on I suspect 'they' have done the sums and figure it works out more…
